The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 50 m² apartment in Épernay which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it includes a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room.
Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The apartment includes : - A 20 m² living room with a double sofa-bed, desk area and TV. - A dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and closet - Bathroom with shower and WC The apartment is ideally located in Épernay, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities : - Discover the champagne cellars - Stroll through the city center - Enjoy an unforgettable hot-air balloon experience - Every year in early April, the Rallye Epernay Vins de Champagne takes place, marking a major sporting event.
Here, modern competition vehicles compete with historic ones, making their way through the region's vineyards. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the pay parking lot on the street and in the square 50 meters away.
Free parking is available on the street perpendicular to the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station : Épernay, approx. 1km (10-min walk) - Nearest airport : Reims-Champagne, approx. 32 km (38 min by car) Other notes : - There is a step in the apartment to access the lounge area. - No elevator in the building - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the apartment - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the apartment for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Simple but suitable appartment for staying near or practically in the center for two to max four people. Check in a bit unclear with key location and process but after some calling (host did not speak English, but someone who was nearby apparently did fortunately) we managed. We did not use the kitchen. Nice shower, a bit small bathroom all together.

If you’re looking for a basic place just to lay your head at night this place is fine. It’s not very comfortable and furnishings were of basic quality. The living room did not have a sofa just a very hard futon which was uncomfortable to sit on for a maximum of 2 people.
