The vacation home located on the second floor offers up to 5 beds. There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer, TV and electric oven. Apartment sleeps 5 in Spiaggiabella, on the sea in Lecce The apartment is part of a semi-detached house, with a gate and a veranda of common passage, from which stairs leading to the upper floor start. The interior consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple with double + single bed, living room with kitchenette and 1 full shower room. Outdoor space with sea view. The apartment`s surroundings a stone`s throw from the beach in Lecce.
The apartment is on the top floor of a mini complex A due passi dal mare, which is a short walk from the beach and the sea, in Spiaggiabella, along the Lecce coastline. Spiaggiabella allows you to reach Lecce by car in just a few minutes, to explore its architectural and artistic beauties, to indulge in shopping or to enjoy the excellence of Salento`s gastronomic tradition. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Shared entrance.
