Welcome to Gîte Charmille, located in a small hamlet 1 km from the village of St Julien sur Bibost in the heart of the Coteaux du Lyonnais. Come and enjoy the magnificent views over the rolling countryside, fruit trees and farm crops. The owners, Christine (cherry farmer and dog breeder) and Jean Marc (retired farmer) will be delighted to welcome you. They live nearby.
The gîte, an old farmhouse, has been completely renovated. It has large grounds with a terrace.
On one level, you enter into a large living room opening onto the terrace with a sitting area, dining area and kitchen area, which leads to two separate sleeping areas on either side.
The living room can be used as a bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people.
1st sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite shower room and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and a shower room with toilet.
2nd sleeping area comprises two bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 double bunk beds and en-suite shower room and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet.
In total: 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 3 toilets.
Ideal for families with children or friends. The area is ideal for hiking and sporting activities. Close to L'Arbresle and easily accessible from the A89 motorway.
Suitable accommodation for people with reduced mobility.

Gite moderne, joliment décoré, propre, spacieux.Le logement est bien agencé, il y a aussi tout le nécessaire pour un super séjour.Une très belle vue, terrain et terrasse agréables.Lieu calme, très appréciable d être a la campagne.Les propriétaires sont sympathiques.Je recommande vivement.

Gite moderne et très bien équipés où nous avons passé un agréable we entre amis !Nous n avons pas exploré les environs mais le jardin clos et de plein pied s est avéré parfait pour profiter d une belle vue dégagée sur la campagne environnante, et permettre aux enfant de se dégourdir en toute sécurité.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
