In the commune of Les Angles, we offer this charming flat for rent, with a view of the mountains and Lac de Matemale.
This 58 m² apartment is within walking distance of the ski resort and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a lovely 22 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower) and a ski locker for added convenience.
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - An entrance hall. - A 22 m² living room with sofa, TV, wood-burning stove (first flambé free of charge) and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed. - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 12 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment.
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Activities : - Ski resort 150 m away: skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, tobogganing, snake gliss, cross-country skiing... - Dog-sleigh rides, ice diving, - Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa aqua ludique. - Summer sledging open all year round, electrically-assisted mountain bikes suitable for snow. - Angleo Balneo & Spa less than 2 km away Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park in front of the residence.
Free shuttle bus in front of the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - During winter, a free shuttle bus will take you to the bottom of the resort, stopping close to the flat. - You can park directly in a private space for two vehicles. - Nearest train station: Ax-les-Thermes 72km away (about 1h20 by car) - Nearest airport: Perpignan 92km (about 1 hour 30 minutes by car) Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - The wood-burning stove is functional, first flambé free of charge - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes preparing accommodation for future visitors.

Belle vue, endroit calme et place de parking devant la port.

Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié : la vue et le calme. Même si des voisins ont fait des barbecues. La place de parking est un plus mais attention d'autres peuvent se garer sur cette place. L'accès à l'ensemble du domaine.
Ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié. La dangerosité des escaliers : pas de normes de sécurité. J'ai failli me tuer en les descendant. La chaleur des chambres à l'étage qui a nécessité de descendre au niveau du salon pour dormir. Les velux ne permettent pas d'aérer les pièces pour dormir (matellat dur)....

El lugar es idoneo para hacer actividades en familia cerca de la naturaleza y pistas de ski sin perder la comodidad de tener cerca tiendas de deporte, supermercados, restaurante y hasta un balneario. Solo faltó Wifi y para tener en cuenta deberían proporcionar una pala para quitar la nieve y poder sacar el coche. También sabanas ya que hay familias que venimos de muy lejos.
