Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 46 m² two-storey house for rent in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, about 220 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath.

The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - A 20 m² south-facing living room with sofa, coffee table, dining area and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... On the 1ᵉʳ floor - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190), dressing room - A bathroom with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC On the 2ᵉ floor - Bedroom 2 attic: one double bed (140×190) The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You can benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Discover the magnificent seaside resort of the Côte de Nacre, the ideal place to explore Normandy - Explore the emblematic D-Day beaches, as well as the charming towns of Bayeux, Caen and Honfleur. - Just 1 hour 45 minutes away, Mont Saint-Michel awaits you for an unforgettable visit Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the street around the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Bayeux, about 29 km away (30 min by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 20 km away (28 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - The room on the second floor is accessible via a narrow, steep staircase. - The beach is accessible via the pedestrian alleyway that runs in front of the house. - Free Wifi available (ADSL fibre). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Gute Lage, nur 200m zum Meer, saubere Unterkunft, im Sommer sicher mehr Parkplatzprobleme als im September, die Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk ist für ältere Leute sehr beschwerlich

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorfeld war hervorragend unkompliziert. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert und prompt geantwortet. Das Häuschen selbst war toll.
