A warm welcome to the Kaltbachhäusl in Ramsau near Berchtesgaden. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our new, exclusive holiday flats The flats, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail and lovingly furnished, create a cosy, comfortable atmosphere. You can start your day in the cosily furnished lounge or on our sun terrace. You’re welcome to make use of our bread roll service. A guest fridge stocked with drinks is also available to you in the lounge at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flats or in the lounge. You’re welcome to smoke on our terrace and on the balcony. A holiday in idyllic Ramsau is possible at any time of year. You can set off on many holiday activities, such as hiking, Nordic walking or cycling, straight from your accommodation. We’d be happy to give you hiking tips. Hiking maps are available on the premises. A charging point for electric cars is available for our guests. Storage facilities for your e-bikes are provided.

Set amidst a unique landscape, framed by the majestic mountain backdrop of the Ramsau Valley, our guesthouse is situated at a sunny altitude of 900 metres. Our guesthouse is an ideal base for walks and cycle tours. We’d be happy to give you some walking tips. Local inns are within easy walking distance. The proximity to Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg and Berchtesgaden also makes it a great place to linger.
About the host
We ourselves enjoy exploring our beautiful mountain landscape, whether by bike or on foot. We’d therefore be happy to share some tips on places to visit. We love our home and really appreciate our unique surroundings.

You are welcome to make use of the bread roll delivery service. Smoking is not permitted in the flats or in the common room. You are welcome to smoke on our terrace and on the balcony. The prices quoted are exclusive of the visitor’s tax, which amounts to €3.10 for adults, €1.55 for children and young people aged 7 to 16, and €0.00 for children aged 0–6, per person per day of stay. (Subject to change) A charging point for electric cars is available for our guests.
Arrival Description
Take the Munich-Salzburg highway to the Traunstein/Siegsdorf exit, then continue on the B306 toward Berchtesgaden via Inzell and Weißbach to Unterjettenberg. From there, take the B305 to Ramsau, passing the Gasthof Wachterl until you reach the Gasthof “Baltram”; the “Kaltbachhäusl” is located 300 meters further on, on the right, below the road.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöne zimmer und eine gute Lage.
In nur wenigen Minuten ist man in den umliegenden Orten, auch direkt vom Haus aus gibt es schöne Wanderwege.
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ausstattung war sehr gut, an alles gedacht, sehr sauber, das Panorama ist ein Traum, die Sitzecken / Terrasse sind sehr schön sowie gemütlich gestaltet. Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
Ein großes Dankeschön für die Hilfsbereitschaft und dem sehr freundliche Umgang, Dankeschön!
Das Bad sowie der Balkon ist etwas klein (für meine Größe 1,90m) aber in Summe ist das Bad okay, das Panorama vom Balkon , macht alles wieder wett !
