We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Bernières-sur-Mer, less than 500 m from the beach.
It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 50 m². Free Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with a sofa and armchairs, and a television with international channels... - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron - A separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a shower and bath - A separate toilet On the second floor: - Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room - A sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) Outside: - A 6 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days. - A lovely, fully enclosed 50 m² courtyard Please note: access to the property is shared with the neighbouring property.
The occupants of that property have a right of way through part of the garden to reach their entrance. The house is ideally situated in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park on the town’s streets, close to the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Caen, 25 km away (about 30 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 20 km away (about 30 minutes by car) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management service) and the Conciergerie des Terres de Nacre (concierge and housekeeping service).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette chouette maison en bord de mer d'un très joli village.
Maison bien équipée, chambres spacieuses, jeux de société à disposition.

La villa Chausey est une très agréable maison parfait pour notre groupe de 5. Super dernier étage pour les ados qui étaient ravis d’avoir autant d’espace !
A 3 minutes à pieds de la très belle plage et à 5 minutes à pied d’Intermarché : très pratique.
Plein de choses à visiter et à voir dans un rayon très proche : je recommande !

Lovely property and Sebastien was really kind and helpful with lots of detailed information which helped us get settled. Parking was difficult especially for unloading as we have a son with additional needs. The location was wonderful near the sea and we loved Bernieres . It would be better if the l...
