Our villa is in the exclusive and renkowned Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha. While Santa Maria Estate itself is residential, it's just a short drive from Mellieħa town center, where residents can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and other essential services. The estate is well-connected by road, making it easy to access other parts of Malta. Public transportation, including buses, serves the area, providing connectivity to nearby towns and Valletta, the capital city.

Me and my 6 friends had an amazing stay here! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was really nice for me and my friends to be able to spread out. The Janice responded very quickly and was helpful. We had an issue with the heat and I was contacted almost immediately to fix the problem! super positive experience and I highly recommend.

The Villa is very clean and spacious with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. Having water, tea and coffee available immediately was a nice touch. The furniture in the lounge area is very comfortable as are the beds. The bedrooms are downstairs, two en-suite and one with a separate bathroom. ...
