Altos del Rodeo is ideally located in central Nueva Andalucía, close to the beach and surrounded by essential amenities. Within walking distance, you’ll find:
- A supermarket
- A pizzeria
- A Scandinavian supermarket with café
- The Real Padel Club with indoor/outdoor gym
Inside, the townhouse features:
- A brand-new modern kitchen
- A large open-plan living room with direct access to the private garden
- Four spacious bedrooms, each with double beds
- Elegant décor designed to create a relaxing, stylish holiday environment
Step outside into the lush garden and enjoy the villa’s luxurious swim spa, offering a premium wellness experience both by day and night. The villa also includes gated private parking with space for two cars.
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Images of the gym and paddle club are for marketing purposes only. The gym is located near the accommodation and charges a fee per day to use.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
9. At this moment we don't offer the pool heating as an additional service.
10. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
While staying with us you can make use of the swim spa and garden located on the premises, free parking places in front of the apartment and all amenities.

We would like to call Nueva Andalucia and Puerto Banus the Beverly Hills of Spain. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses.
Next to this we would like to highlight the safety and friendly environment of this area.

- Ronda: 60 minutes away.
- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.
