In the streets surrounding the house, parking is free. The property enjoys a privileged position in Lido degli Estensi, a few steps from the beach and Viale Carducci. The space LIVING AREA: living room with double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with four gas burners, moka coffee maker, washing machine, gas kettle, toaster, traditional oven and TV. BEDROOM 1: double bed. BEDROOM 2: single bed. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split A/C in the hallway, iron and clothes horse. Autonomous heating.
Panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture and veranda. Pets allowed on request upon payment of 30 euros per stay for thorough cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests. Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.
