Cozy apartment that accommodates up to 2 people and is equipped with all comforts, including a patio equipped to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the industrial area of Monopoli, and is the ideal choice for those traveling by car and who want to stay away from the chaos of the centre, but at the same time easily reach the sea, all the points of interest and other unmissable places in the area.
Parking included! The 35 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building (there are two steps at the entrance) and is divided as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa and smart TV - BEDROOM with double bed and walk-in wardrobe - BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle - Uncovered PATIO equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.
Additional facilities available for the guests: uncovered parking space inside the gate, UNLIMITED WIFI, heating/air conditioning via convector both in the living area and in the bedroom, mosquito nets, darkening curtains in the room, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
