In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, Cocoonr/B&P Agency offer you this charming 50 m² apartment with port view for up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 30 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment is composed as follows
- A 30 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, dining area and loggia overlooking the port/sea.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and loggia
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private garage in the neighbouring residence (suitable for a small vehicle). Free parking is also available in the vicinity of the residence.

- Nearest train station: Caen, 30 min by car, with express bus service during school vacations.
- Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet airport, 20.5 km or 30 min by car.
