Comfortable apartment of about 50 sqm that can accommodate up to 2 people located on the first floor of an ancient building, without elevator (NOT suitable for the disabled). The property is located in the center of Pisa a short distance from Piazza dei Miracoli and the famous Tower and within the Traffic Restricted Area.
Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities such as bars, shops and restaurants.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
