The house has this splendid porticoed terrace furnished with table and chairs for eating outdoors or relaxing on the armchair.
It is accessed internally from here and is all on one floor.
The structure consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a large bathroom with shower.
The living area consists of a large kitchen with sofa and dining area.
The strong point of the villa is certainly its large outdoor space, courtyard, parking spaces inside the property which is closed by a gate, and an immense garden that surrounds the house. Furnishing type: - Good Services inside the apartment: - gas fires; refrigerator with freezer; gas oven; air conditioning for a fee; free wi-fi; smart TVs; hairdryer; washing machine Services outside the apartment: - equipped porch; private parking; outdoor shower; brick barbecue; large courtyard and garden Important Notes: - groups of young people under the age of 21 are not admitted - air conditioning for a fee of €7 per day, on request - office check-in from 3.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 10.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid - small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
