Cozy apartment of about 45 smq, able to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building with NO lift.
The property is located in a central area of Palermo, a few steps from the famous Ballarò market and a 10-minute walk from Palazzo Reale.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, toaster, wine glass and kitchenware), dining table and sofa bed (140 cm);
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split A/C with heat pumps (split in the living room and bedroom), washer/dryer (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, drying rack, insect screens, clothes rack and hairdryer.
Baby cot available.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.
The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

All the main attractions of the historic city center, as well as the Central Station of Palermo, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Main attractions: - Via Roma (shopping street): 7 minutes on foot; - Palatine Chapel and Norman Palace: 10 minutes on foot; - Palermo Cathedral: 11 minutes on foot; - Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo: 13 minutes on foot; - Piazza Pretoria: 14 minutes on foot; - Mondello beach: 30 minutes by car / 1 hour by public transport. - Ristopizza Porta Sant'Agata (restaurant): 1 minute on foot; - Bar Al Negretto: 4 minutes on foot; - Marotta Supermarket: 4 minutes on foot. - From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station. We also offer a transfer service (see below). - From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 8 minutes. - For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at the car park in Via Pisacane, 400 meters from the apartment. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.

L’apartament és molt correcte. La cuina disposa de tot el necessari. Habitació doble molt amplia. Federico ens va ser molt puntual i ens va atendre correctament. Actiu en qualsevol moment per preguntar-li dubtes sobre l’apartament o la ciutat.
L’unic inconvenient és la ubicació, ja que es troba en un dels barris més pobres i bruts de la ciutat.

I stay with my friends one week, the host was there to explain everything. The location was near the bus station, but for 3 girls alone we were a little worried about the environment outside during the night.
Overall we recommend this Airbnb.

Location is good very near the city center. Host was polite and available.
Streets around the building are very dirty, not a good first impression. There isn’t a TV and internet doesn’t work in the room.
