Our family owned property of 600 m2 is situated in a lovely and peaceful village Pomena on the island of Mljet. House is situated just 50 m from the sea and 300 m from the lakes.

Great location and very helpful host- my ferry company, Krillo, changed the Mljet port from Pomena to Sobra at the last minute due to weather without informing the passengers, but Inka checked and told me and helped book taxi to Sobra!

I loved that the location is right next to the entrance to the National park. THAT made it the best option to explore and be near it.
Also: Inka, the host, was super kind and helpful and gave me a lot of useful information and tips; they also received me prior to the check-in time and let me save my lugagge for half a day after my check-out. I fully recommend staying here!

Best place to stay in Pomena. Beautiful water view from terrace. Literally next to nature preserve office and entrance, very convenient. Close to all restaurants. Extremely responsive and helpful host with great local knowledge. One thing to note is there is a good amount of stairs to the space but is necessary to get the great view. If you have mobility issues it may prove difficult to access.
