Nice 65m2 ground floor apartment in the west area of Amsterdam with a garden on the east side.
With a separate living room, 1 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Sonos soundbars in all the house.
Shops around the corner, 2,5 km from the center.
At the end of the garden I have built a garden house, Where normally I spend my time during the day since I work a lot from home, the main corridor, the main sleeping room, and the living room is with the space for my guests and privacy, following the government rule, is important my guests understand that it's not a hotel, I'm sharing my house with you, something that I love to do and this why I'm always around and in contact with you forsee how I can help you. The small room is private for me, since having a door from the garden side, I use this door to come inside the room so, it's respecting the privacy 100% to my guests, my guests always have privacy.
I'm very respectful of it. You can read my guest's comments, the house has a relaxing garden with an individual entry and is easy to go to the city.

Netter Vermieter und gute Einweisung in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen komisch. Leider sagte uns der Vermieter nicht, das die Parkplätze auf der Straße gebührenpflichtig sind.

De host begroette ons persoonlijk en overhandigde ons de sleutels. De locatie lag in een rustiggelegen gebied. Alles was schoon en de faciliteiten waren knus maar zeker in orde.
De ramen van de woonkamer konden helaas niet open en waren geblindeerd waardoor er geen daglicht binnenkwam. Het was ook erg warm binnen.
