The apartment is a superb 2-room apartment of 50m² with exposed beams, fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 travelers.


It is composed as follows

- a beautiful living/dining area equipped with a fireplace (not usable) and a UHD TV.

- a fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals.

- 1 bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).

- 1 Italian-style shower room.


The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) within a charming typical residence of Caen.


Available for you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.



## Interaction


🤝 We welcome our guests in person between 4 PM and 8 PM. However, to give you more flexibility with your arrival time, we have made self check-in available. We also remain available 7 days a week to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.


📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be provided upon your arrival. It includes essential information about the accommodation (check-in, WiFi, check-out, etc.) as well as our top local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover...


Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city center of Caen, in the highly renowned St Sauveur district. Just a few steps away, you will find numerous gourmet restaurants, specialty shops, bookstores, etc.


The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from the tram, providing easy access to the SNCF train station and various neighborhoods of Caen.

- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

- No parties allowed

- Strictly non-smoking accommodation

- Pets are not allowed

- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.

- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
