Roomy apartment of about 100 sqm, able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a period building (NO lift). The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in a restricted traffic zone, a few steps from the famous Politeama and Massimo theatres.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, a covered terrace and two small balconies.
REGIONAL CODE: 19082053C246514 NATIONAL CODE: IT082053C2N6GTMISN *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo Airport available upon request* The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, two single sofa beds and small balcony; - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, moka, kettle, wine glasses, kitchenware and access to the covered terrace; - COVERED TERRACE with outdoor table; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the covered terrace; - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and small balcony; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the living room and bedroom I), fan, gas stove, washing machine (in the terrace), drying rack, hairdryer, desk (at the entrance), iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be some noise during the day, due to the works for the installation of the lift.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00 EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00 EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30 Late check-ins are not available after 01:30. The tourist tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in. Located in the beating heart of Palermo, our apartment offers an authentic experience of city life.

Alternatively, it is possible to take the regional train to the Central Station and then continue by bus, or with the regional train to the Lolli Station, a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below). - From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment with buses n. 101, 102 or 124 to the "Roma Stabile" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property. - If you travel by car, it is possible to find paid parking in Via Enrico Amari, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Please, note that the property is located in the Restricted-Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian).
