A well-kept garden awaits you, as well as a balcony from which you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama.Haus Mariengrund offers free private parking in an area where you can pursue activities such as hiking, skiing and cycling....
Environment description In a few minutes you can reach the Königssee and the Jennerbahn, which offers the ideal starting point for hikes of all levels of difficulty.
Furthermore, for entertainment options such as mountain biking, swimming and skiing and cross-country skiing provide for varied vacations.
From here you can also reach several shopping facilities and restaurants on foot. terms/extras The mentioned prices are plus spa tax of 2,60 Euro for adults, 1,30 Euro for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).
Arrival Description You drive from the A8 Munich direction Salzburg.
Take the exit Bad Reichenhall.
This is the last exit before the Austrian border. (VIGNETTENPFLICHT!) From Bad Reichenhall on the B20 follow the signs to Berchtesgaden.You will pass through the towns of Bad Reichenhall, Bayerisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen and finally come to the large traffic circle at the train station Berchtesgaden.From there take the exit to Königssee, at the end of the town turn right down into Untersteinerstraße.
Follow this road over a bridge.
After about one minute you will see a bus stop with a bus shelter on the left side.
There you turn right into Grabenweg.
You will pass an electrical store.
Follow the road and turn left at the second junction.
At the end of the turnoff is our house Mariengrund.
Description of the accommodation The non-smoking room is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a separate entrance.
It is equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer as well as TV and a desk.
In the room is a refrigerator, kettle and the necessary dishes for breakfast or snack.Rest and relaxation can be found on the balcony with various balcony furniture.
