It is renowned for its Haussmann-style buildings and wide tree-lined avenues, providing a delightful living environment characterized by serenity and safety.
The neighborhood boasts excellent connectivity, with convenient access to public transportation, including several nearby metro stations like Porte Maillot. Champs-Élysées, located very close to Mac Mahon, is an upscale neighborhood in Paris celebrated for its iconic avenue of the same name.
This grand avenue connects the legendary Arc de Triomphe to the bustling roundabout of Place de la Concorde.
Champs-Élysées is home to luxury boutiques, gleaming office buildings, and an array of dining establishments, ranging from refined restaurants to casual eateries offering take-out options.
Additionally, the neighborhood features the elegant Champs-Élysées gardens and prestigious art museums such as the Grand Palais, known for hosting renowned exhibitions. ## Getting around Closest Metro Stations: 1. Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (Line 1,2,6, RER A) - 5 minutes walk 2. Argentine (Line 1) - 7 minutes walk 3. Neuilly - Porte Maillot (Line 1, RER C) - 10 minutes walk Closest Railway Stations: 1. Saint-Lazare - 2,6 km 2. Gare du Nord - 5,2 km 3. Montparnasse - 5,5 km Directions from Airports: Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost). ## Notes The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival.
In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) ## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days) Required Documents for Lease Application: 1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall). 2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure). 3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements. Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed.
This will be handled through our banking partner. Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
