In Langrune-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 54 m² village house for rent, located 250 meters from the sea, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 27 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels are included.
We're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - Separate WC Second floor: - A 27 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optics), sofa bed and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... Second floor: - Bedrooms 1 and 2 (attics): double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot (on request at no extra charge) and high chair (on request at no extra charge)... The house is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be just 50 meters from all the essential shops, as well as restaurants and bars... Activities : - Sailing club - Basilic notre dame dame de la délivrande / Eglise saint marin langrune sur mer - Aqua Nacre swimming pool Transport : - Free parking close to the house - Nearest train station: Caen train station (19 km) - Nearest airport: Caen airport (23 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Accommodation with stairs - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Great host, location, amenities, and neighbors. Apartment is brand new. Perfect for a multi-days stay with all necessary kitchen utensils :)
We only had one large towel per person which could've been better and no hair dryer.

Activité, plage et restaurant accessibles à pied ça c’est vraiment un bel avantage!
Le logement est agréable mais peu spacieux en réalité par rapport au photos et avec 3 étages qui peut être compliqué avec enfant en bas âge.
Néanmoins l’hôte est très sympathique et réactive, elle propose des équipements adaptés aux enfants (lit parapluie, chaise haute …).
