You'll love your stay in this comfortable and well equipped classy apartment near beach as your base for exploring Split.
It's located on the ground floor of the private building, just 4 min to the nearest beach.
Bacvice and Znjan beach, two most popular beaches in Split are also within 10 min walking from the apartment.
It has a terrace with the sea view and table and chairs for you to enjoy your stay here sipping drinks and enjoying dinner.
Living room has an air condition unit, smart 42“ LED TV with Netflix and comfortable sofa sleeping two people.
First bedroom has one comfortable king size double bed and its own balcony, and second bedroom has exit to the terrace with sea view and two cozy single beds that can be joined to one double bed.
Each bedroom has air-condition unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine.
Baby cot is available for free, please ask in advance.
Free street parking is available right in front of the building.
All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, safe, iron and ironing board, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.
For your safety apartment is equipped with first aid kit.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 20 EUR.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but can smoke on the terrace.
Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.
We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.
Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have exclusive access to the apartment, its terrace and balcony.
Free street parking is available in front of the building or 1-3 minutes walking from the apartment.
There are no shared areas in or around the house.
**** The Neighbourhood:
This apartment is just 4 minutes walk to the closest beach.
Famous Znjan and Bacvice beaches, two most popular beaches in Split are less than 10 min walking from the apartment.
It's ideal for both families and young people area has lots of restaurants and beach bars.
Big supermarket is just 2 min walking from the apartment.
Main Split hospital is 4 min walking.

Bus station is 8 min walking from the apartment.
It takes about 5 min of public transport ride to the center of Split.

Stay from 9th to 13th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.
Please do not make reservation for less than that.

Very spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, great location - close to the beach and some good restaurants. Nice big terrace and a parking space in a garage in the same building.
It wasn't very clean, there was mold under the shower and some garbage left probably by previous guests. The linen was dirty. Wi-Fi wasn't working.

Het appartement lag op een prima locatie, 20 minuutjes lopen vanaf het centrum. Verder was het balkon echt top en was alles wat je nodig had aanwezig.
De slaapbank was niet heel comfortabel maar prima voor een slaapbank.
