The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a king-size with TV and two doubles, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a private front terrace with patio and furniture, rear terrace with patio, furniture and fire pit, as well as private parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. Great place to stay in the midst of everything, easy walk to snowdonia railways , lots of restaurants, pubs and the lake. No too far to explore Caernorfan, which is a dab day out. Property has everything you could need and Eve is easy to contact should you need help .

A beautifully decorated, comfortable house in a quiet location. The beds are comfortable. Having a downstairs toilet and a bedroom with en-suite is a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped if you need to prepare a meal. Great walks from the door and the Llanberis Path is close by if you want to walk up Snowdon.

Fantastic extensive property with an amazing mountain view. Location great for easy access to village and walks up nearby mountains. Very well equipped and spacious. Bit confusing about bins and recycling waste and the driveway feels very steep for parking but otherwise difficult to fault. Just need the good weather!
