We are offering this superb chalet-style house for rent in Fleury, with a floor area of 154 m² and accommodation for up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 70 m² living area with a fireplace, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a home cinema, a Pilates reformer room, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, whether you’re looking to relax in the countryside or explore the surrounding area.
Bed linen and towels are included.
We’re just waiting for you! Blending Scandinavian, contemporary and cosy styles, this house offers: On the ground floor: - A 70 m² living area with a sofa bed sleeping 2 people, a working suspended fireplace, and a dining table seating up to 6–8 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 5-burner gas hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×190) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A 20m² space for Pilates reformer and yoga, comprising a machine and a mat. Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: a double bed (160×190) - Bedrooms 3 and 4: a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath and double washbasins - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A beautiful, enclosed garden of 2,000 m² with a large bamboo hedge bordering the south side; lovely conifers, fir trees, blue cedar, a magnificent Araucaria and a few palm trees adorn the grounds on either side On the west side, a small pond surrounded by greenery where a few fish swim - A 6-person hot tub - A 62m² terrace with a wooden dining table and benches to enjoy the fine weather - A small balcony with a staircase accessible from the kitchen The house is ideally situated in Fleury, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… It is 1 km from Villedieu, 20 km from the port of Granville, 30 km from Mont Saint-Michel and 60 km from Saint-Malo. Gite tres bien agencé. Nous étions en famille à 9 et les espaces suffisamment grands pour ne pas se marcher dessus. Grande table qui permet d’accueillir tout le monde. Salon confortable. Espace jacuzzi très sympa. Literie confortable.
À bonne distance pour aller côté Manche mais également vers les plages du débarquement.
