This modern villa with its own private swimming pool and roof terrace is located in Sucina, Murcia.
The living areas of this villa are all on one level with direct access to the terrace and pool from all 3 bedrooms and the lounge. there are also 2 bathrooms, large open-plan living room and kitchen.
One of the great features of this villa is the outside space which has a large outdoor swimming pool.
The pool can also be heated during winter months for an additional fee.
