Villa Kalma Pente is the sixth of our luxury private Villas in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, resting at the top of a hill overlooking Thermaikos Bay. The villas extend into a verdant natural environment, hidden but close to the beach and village facilities.
The views over the Bay are simply stunning, as well as the impressive sunsets.

Villa Kalma is a delightfully designed property boasting a private pool in a front garden, three air-conditioned bedrooms, private parking, and facilities to make your stay memorable. Layout Villa Kalma Exi consists of two levels: An open plan area with a lounge-dining room, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, adjacent to the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities leading out to the pool. The interior staircase joins the ground floor with the upper level and the loft.
The upper level boasts a second double bedroom with a front balcony and side shower room, whilst the loft houses the twin bedroom, separating it from the main sleeping area. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit als Familie. Der Ausblick der Anlage ist hier wirklich hervorragend. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Das einzige was stört, vielleicht anderen wieder nicht, sind die vielen wilden Katzen und Hunde in der Gegend. Etwas ungewohnt für uns gewesen. Dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas von der Unterkunft. Alles super geklappt mit der Kommunikation.

We had a great time at Kalma Villa. Kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the sea view and the confort of the house. The living room is large, the terrace as well. The villa is clean, the small garden is well kept and the pool is cleaned every 3 days. Massoutis is close enough to go by foot. Moudania is a nice area, with tavernas, restaurants, beach, even an open market (every Wednesday).

Our stay was very nice. The villa was clean and as described. I can only recommend it. We really enjoyed the many cats we fed. We hope more people come who feel the same way we do.
