The apartment is located in the Saffi district, a residential district and well served 10 minutes from Porta San Felice.
Easily reachable from the station, from Bologna Marconi airport, from the motorway exit and from the city center.
Near the building there are bus stops to reach the center, the Maggiore Hospital and many commercial activities
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift.
In 75 square meters of space it accommodates 4 people.
