Studio apartment is on third floor of residential building, in Solitudo area which is calm and good for relaxing holiday. Copacabana beach is close.
Mini kitchenette has cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, water kettle and mini fridge.
Private bathroom compromise toilet, shower and hairdryer.
There is private parking and free of charge for our guests.
In a radius of 200 meters walking distance you will find grocery stores, bus stops, cafe bars, restaurants, beaches...

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Martinat’s place! The location is peaceful and very close to restaurants and the beach. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was very clean.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Das Bad war sehr sauber und komplett neu renoviert. Die Klimaanlage hat uns an den heißen gerettet. Die Unterkunft kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.

Appartement très confortable (bonne literie) avec une super terrasse, les transats sont un gros plus. Bonne localisation proche des plages et des bus même si pas à côté de la vieille ville.
