Bright and spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, new and tastefully furnished, with a large balcony that offers an enchanting sea view from both the bedroom and the living room.
The flat is located just 100m from the free beach and only 6 km from the airport, in an area full of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and pizzerias and 20 meters from the cycle path.
Possibility of free parking at 80 meters from the apartment, near the Brace restaurant (NOT guaranteed).
The 78sqm accommodation is located on the fourth floor of a building with lift and is made up as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob (2 burners), small fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven with grill and electric kettle - LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, 43 "TV, split A / C and access to the balcony with sea view (raised with two steps) - BEDROOM with double bed, split A / C, open wardrobe and access to the balcony with sea view (1 step, about 10 cm) - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, WC - BALCONY with sea view with table, chairs and bench - Second BALCONY with access from the bathroom.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The beach is only 80 meters away, while "Pineta San Francesco" (pine grove) is 1.8 km away.

Tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt, modern, vadonatúj szállás, gyönyörű kilátással a tengerre. Csodálatos a hatalmas terasz. Csendes, semmi sem zavarja a pihenést (legalábbis így október végén). Mindennel elégedettek voltunk, Minden rendben volt.

Appartement très fonctionnel, moderne et très bien aménagé, très tranquille avec une vue imprenable, bien situé à côté d’une plage assez calme et sûre pour les enfants où se trouve un club de voile agréable Quartier autour paraissant assez pauvre mais où on ne s’est jamais senti en insécurité Proximité des commerces tenus par des personnes très accueillantes

This place is clean and the beds are comfortable. It would be nice for a night or two, but it is minimally equipped which made our week stay too long. The city is far away and public transportation is not convenient. Having a car is a must. There is a grocery store close by, but other dining options...
