This delightful, single-storey cottage rests in Eryrys near Llanarmon-yn-Ial and benefits from a welcoming open plan living area with a rustic yet modern feel, and offers a spacious sitting area with ample seating, allowing up to six guests to gather around the warming woodburner.
The kitchen has a modern, stylish layout, incorporating a Welsh dresser to enable you to prepare home-cooked meals for everyone.
After savouring dinner at the close-by dining area, venture through the property to bed. Two stylish double bedrooms await, with pretty décor and ample storage.
The wet room is an impressive space to prep yourself for the day, with a spacious walk-in shower and all the essentials you need.
The barbecue on the private enclosed patio is ideal for preparing a tasty alfresco meal, whilst enjoying the stunning country views.

Meadow View is a ground floor cottage on the outskirts of Eryrys near Llanarmon-Yn-Ial, Denbighshire just four and a half miles from Mold and 12 miles from Llangollen. The cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms , each with a TV, and a wet room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a sofa bed and woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Situated near Llangollen, Meadow View is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

It was a beautiful cottage , very nice set up , very nice garden space with benches, beautiful greenery and views . Location was that perfect how we liked it .
My only concern was that , we felt quiet alone as we recieved no hospitality / interaction with the owner during our 7 day stay . We still recommend this cottage .

We had a fabulous stay great location for a quite restful break also is ideal for using as a base for day trips to the coast our fur baby enjoyed his treats and he had lots of space to go and explore Rex gives Meadow view a big Staffy thumbs up

Had a lovely peaceful stay in this cottage, all we could hear were sheep & birds! Great setting next door to owners, who were lovely, attached to another cottage next door, we found the furniture uncomfortable (dining chairs & 3 sofas) but we are older & on the heavy side!
