Located in a quiet neighborhood of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this pleasant 30 m² apartment can accommodate 2 people and is just 30 m from the beach.
It is designed to be welcoming and is being gradually renovated by the owners. You will have all the comforts you need for a successful stay: a living room and pleasant loggia, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a travel cot, a bathroom with shower, and a loggia.
Bicycle storage. Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost. Located on the first floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows: Living area: - Lounge area with a sofa, TV, DVD player, and direct access to the loggia - Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc. - Dining table Sleeping area: - One bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and direct access to the loggia through a large bay window - One bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet Outside: - One 5 m² south-facing loggia with table, two chairs, and an armchair.

Le fait de ne pas avoir d'ascenseur, surtout pour la valise. L'escalier est étroit

Bon emplacement. Appartement agréable. Points à revoir : vaisselle à changer, matelas à changer, protège matelas et coussins à laver d'urgence. Revoir les prises électriques également.
