Welcome to our holiday flat "zur Rosenkönigin"! Enjoy your holiday in our light-flooded, newly renovated 3-room flat, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. Cosy living room, bedroom with box-spring bed, new bathroom with shower, separate WC, modern fitted kitchen and W-LAN. There is a further room with a cot for children up to 5 years (length: 1.20 m) and changing table. There is also a barbecue seating area in the front garden and a bicycle storage room. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Small dogs on request (5,- € per night), minimum stay 3 nights, 61 square metres in total, parking available within a radius of approx. 200 m We look forward to your visit!
