Bright apartment equipped with every comfort to accommodate up to 4 people and located in the center of Polignano, in an area equipped with all essential services, easily reachable on foot.
The flat is 400 meters from the lively Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, full of restaurants and shops of all kinds, and only 150 meters from the town's most famous rocky ridge, the Lama Monachile, and its enchanting beach.
Polignano railway station is just 4 minutes away on foot! The 40 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with two induction cookers, mini fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, moka and microwave oven - Living area with sofa and split AC - First bedroom with queen bed, open wardrobe and TV - Second bedroom with two single bunk beds and open wardrobe - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box. Additional facilities available for the guests: heating with heat pumps, camping bed, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is at guests' disposal! All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00. CITY TAX. The tax, of 1 euro per night per person, applies up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights in the municipality of Polignano a Mare. For the periods from 01 January to 31 March and from 01 November to 31 December, the tax is reduced to 50 cents. Polignano a Mare is considered one of the most beautiful villages in the whole Apulia.
Among the main attractions, it is worh mentiong: - Lama Monachile (150m from the flat), the famous and amazing cove between two rock walls overlooking the sea; - the statue dedicated to the famous and unforgotten Italian singer Domenico Modugno, a native of Polignano, located along the homonymous promenade.
Just behind the statue, there is a staircase at the end of which you can access natural terrace; from here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Cala Monachile, the cliff and the old town with its white houses overlooking the sea; - not to be missed, the many sea caves, which can be visited with boat trips lasting about two hours and which often also include a swim break during the summer. The apartment is located in the center of Polignano and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free in the train station car park, 300 meters from the flat. Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport is 1 hour and 17 minutes away by public transport. You have to take the shuttle to Bari Centrale and then the regional train, direction Fasano for six stops, to Polignano a Mare.

Wszystko w porządku. Jedyne do czego mógłbym się przyczepić to brak sufitu pomiędzy pokojami co daje mało "intymności" i słabo działająca klimatyzacja (ogrzewanie) co sprawiało, że w apartamencie było chłodno w zimniejsze dni.

This is a perfect apartment for a couple or a few friends. It is five minutes walking to the town center, Via Roma and the beach. Just note that there is no Wifi in the apartment. We were able to find wifi around town but were surprised not to have it in the apartment. Otherwise we had a great stay in a beautiful, comfortable, safe and clean apartment!

зручне розташування (близько до центру міста та ж/д вокзалу),зручна та компактна квартира,з усім необхідним для відпочинку, можливість самостійного приготування їжі. Відсутність вікон,мало денного освітлення. Проте не критично.
