Located on the ground floor of a modern building of recent construction, the apartment is equipped with private parking space for a motorbike (inside the patio) and outdoor furniture with a barbecue.

It is possible to park a motorbike inside the private patio. FURTHER SERVICES: independent heating, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer. The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests. The property is located inside the Le Cure district, a quiet residential area just north of the historic center, where you can admire Porta San Gallo and Piazza delle Cure.
Every morning you will find the colorful and typical market (in the square just named according to the neighborhood) but not only, the neighborhood is full of shops of all kinds, bars, cafes and restaurants.
So you can savor the Florentine residential Florence, but at the same time you'll be close to all the attractions of this wonderful city.
Not to forget the closeness to the Artemio Franchi stadium (just over 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot) interesting not only for football fans, but also for the concerts held there in the summer, as well as the Mandela Forum where shows, concerts and musicals are held, just 5 minutes walk away from the Stadium. The apartment is well connected to the city center, in fact it is possible to easily reach the Santa Maria Novella Station by public transportation line 1 in "Calandrino" stop just a few steps from the building.
From here you can easily visit all the main points of interest in the city by moving easily on foot or by public transportation. -From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment as follows: Line T2 from the Airport to the Santa Maria Novella Railway Station where it is possible to take line 1 ro stop "Madonna Della Querce" as your final destination, a 2-minute walk away from the apartment. -From Santa Maria Novella Station it is possible to reach the hotel thanks to line 1 to stop "Madonna Della Querce", a 2-minute walk from the apartment. If you're travelling by car you can park in the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, you can park at "Parterre" garage located in Via della Madonna della Tosse 9 (for a fee) about 10 minutes walk from the property Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to access the apartment. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm. For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to: - EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Apartamento inserido num condomínio fechado muito agradável
Localização não é a melhor pois implica uma caminhada no mínimo de 25 min até ao centro da cidade ou então apanhar os caóticos transporte públicos da cidade
Poucos utensílios de cozinha para preparação de uma refeição básica
Pressão da agua para o banho é muito fraca, quente mas muito pouca pressão

L’appartamento ha una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, è in una zona silenziosa di sera e ben servita al mattino: a pochi chi passi ci sono fermate del bus, supermercato, edicola e altri vari negozi. Ci sono davvero tutte le comodità ed è perfetto anche per soggiorni lunghi. Insomma è come sentirsi a casa propria! Una nota di eccellenza è il Wi-Fi: perfetto e veloce.

È un appartamento grande e silenzioso. Inizialmente era un po’ freddo, contattando l’host sono riuscita ad accendere la caldaia e a regolare la temperatura. Il termosifone della camera da letto è staccato
