Cozy and functional apartment perfect to accommodate 4 people and located in the heart of the Lingotto area, ideal for work, tourism and study.
We are just a few minutes far from the hospital area (Molinette, San Lazzaro Dermatological Hospital, Regina Margherita Hospital, Sant'Anna Hospital, CTO Trauma Center); Polytechnic of Turin Lingotto, City of Health and Science University and Lingotto Fiere.
The opportunity not to be missed! Comfortable apartment of about 65 square meters is located on the ground floor of a period building.
The accommodation consists of: KITCHEN: with fridge, freezer, hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka and kitchen utensils BEDROOM 1: with a queen bed, desk, TV and wardrobe. BEDROOM 2: with a queen bed, desk, TV and wardrobe. BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer Our guests will also have at their disposal air conditioning (3 splits), UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, independent heating with heat pump The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00 In this property check-in is done in self mode.

The flat is just an ordinary but perfectly serviceable flat in an area that was convenient for us. But the checkin experience was a nightmare - we arrived to find one of the keys needed to get in was missing. We tried calling but got no answer, and sent messages to the hosts telling them. They refus...

Everything was perfect, except the indication for the flat (it needs to be review et re correct) and also there wasn’t any washing machine as indicated on their page.
