Cozy one bedroom apartment of 45sqm located on the FIRST FLOOR of a building without a lift, perfect for 2 people! Located in a completely renovated historic building and only 350m from Piazza Garibaldi and the Tribunal, in an area full of shops and restaurants.
The apartment is equipped with all the main comforts, including unlimited WiFi and air conditioning.
The historic center is reachable within 10 minutes on foot, and you can park (for a fee) in a partner garage.
ATTENTION: There are cameras in the common areas of the building for security reasons.
The 45 sqm accommodation is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: therefore, please note the need to climb 40 steps to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - Kitchen with dining table, split AC and kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and traditional oven - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, TV and split AC - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pump, drying rack and ironing board.
Attention: 2 irons are available but are shared with other apartments (availability not guaranteed). It is possible to book a parking in the "Autosilo San Francesco Bari" car park at about 200m from the apartment.

The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 15 minutes walk from the sea and from the port.
In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market.
All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters. - FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 16 with the final stop "Crispi-Ravanas" 150 meters from the accommodation. - FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 20 minutes (1.6 km) or by bus line 01 with the final stop "Crispi-Ravanas" 150 meters from the accommodation. - IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines.

Az apartman kb. 10 perc sétára van a belvárostól, könnyen megközelíthető. Rita nagyon kedves volt velünk, mindenben segítőkész és jól kommunikál angolul:) Az apartman tiszta volt, ár érték arányban szerintünk kifejezetten jó.

Apartamentul destul de aproape de centru si gara. Salteaua a fost foarte moale si neconfortabila. Nu s-a facut deloc curat si nu s-au schimbat prosoapele pe tot parcursul sejurului. Tipa ce ne-a ajutat cu checkin a fost super pe fuga.Dusul extrem.de mic si cu apa calda la boiler, insuficienta pt 2 oameni

La cuisine est pratique mais manque un peu d’équipement (planche à découper, plat pour le four, torchons..)
