Modern and elegant 60 sqm apartment, located on the first floor (NO lift) of a characteristic building in a quiet area in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza Garibaldi, Piazza Palmieri, the Carlo V Castle and the free beach of Porta Vecchia (5 min walk). The old town is in a traffic-restricted zone, so it is preferable to leave the car in via Procaccia, Porta vecchia area and continue on foot for 5 min. The apartment has a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a study area.
The inside is organized as follows: - KITCHEN equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and kitchenware; - LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, 43 inches Samsung smart tv connected to wifi , table and chairs; - STUDY AREA with desk and bookcase; - LOFT WITH DOUBLE BEDROOM (11 steps to access it). - BATHROOM with Jacuzzi with shower, sink, and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE.
Split air conditioning in the living room, free unlimited wifi, and iron. !! ATTENTION: JACUZZI temporarly NOT available!! The apartment can accommodate children, but please, pay attention to the presence of internal steps to reach the double bedroom in the loft.
There is a small balcony overlooking the historic center.
The historic center of Monopoli is located within the limited traffic area so the accommodation can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited.
From June to September the historic center can be reached by using the 3 Park & ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or by using the bus that leaves from the station for the center.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, equal to € 1.00 per person per night.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

In recent years a series of restaurants and bars are populating the monumental streets and squares.
In summer at 200 meters there is a bus stop for the beautiful beaches of Capitolo.

Apartment clean and spacious. Perfect for remote work or a longer stay. Large space. Nice and constant contact with the owner.Minus: no cleaning products: dishwashing liquid or laundry detergents. Besides, I have no objections.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique, dans une petite rue calme. Propre et pratique, avec le petit charme de l'escalier qui monte à la mezzanine. L'accueil reste assez impersonnel.

we had a very nice time in monopoli and in the apartment. it is spacious and has a lot of good amenities such as good wifi, coffee and a coffee maker and a washing machine. the location amazing as well, lots of good restaurants and the beach are very close by. i would recommend the apartment to anyone.
