Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Bologna Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. KEY COLLECTION: The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to check-in with automated access is available (remotely): from 9.00 to 22.00 from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 21.00 Saturday and Sunday NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.

posizione comoda, ristrutturato decentemente, luminoso (grazie alle luci), letto comodo, mobili recenti. pulizia non perfetta, in bagno e soprattutto in cucina. stoviglie lavate male. sempre in cucina mancano cose abbastanza essenziali, ad es carta/tovaglioli. in bagno non va la luce dello specchio ...
