Up to the 45th day before the start of the trip: 10%, subject to a minimum of EUR 25.00; up to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 25%; up to the 22nd day before the start of the trip: 50%; thereafter: 80%; in the event of a no-show: 90%. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly regarding this. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is levied in the town where the accommodation is booked, this must be paid on site.

This accommodation is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Hainich National Park, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. You can explore this unique natural environment along numerous walking and cycling trails. Our two holiday flats are the perfect base for your adventures. One flat can accommodate up to six people, whilst the second is ideal for two. We’re also happy to provide a cot and a high chair. Both flats have been furnished with great attention to detail. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding villages and in Mühlhausen (approx. 7 km away). There are also three excellent restaurants in Kammerforst. As day-trip destinations, we recommend not only the historic old town of Mühlhausen but also the treetop walk in the Hainich National Park and the climbing forest in Kammerforst.

sehr ruhig, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, tolles Kinderzimmer, toller Innenhof
eine Duschwand auf der Badewanne könnte helfen, das man das Bad nicht flutet
in der Beschreibung sollte erwähnt werden, das die Schlafzimmer/Bad durch einen Flur vom Wohn- Esszimmer getrennt sind und das alles Durchgangszimmer sind
WLAN braucht man nicht zwingend, wäre aber zeitgemäß
Sehr angenehm, alles da, außer W-LAN
