You’ll love your comfortable 60-square-metre ground-floor holiday flat, featuring 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a large table and a bathroom. It’s in a quiet location, yet still well connected (around 12 minutes to the city centre). A balcony, corner bath, wood-burning stove, parking space and safe are just some of the features designed to make you feel at home. The kitchen was completely refurbished in summer 2023. Walking trails start right on the property. A full range of baby equipment can be provided on request. We look forward to welcoming you.

Your lovely, comfortable three-room holiday flat is the ideal place for you to unwind from work or everyday life. It features a kitchen, two bedrooms (each with two beds measuring 200 x 90 cm – we can provide an extra bed if required), a living room and a bathroom. In total, this amounts to just over 60 square metres of living space. The flat also has its own balcony. All rooms except the bathroom have roller shutters. The spacious living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove – firewood is provided free of charge – a corner sofa with an armchair and footstool, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, dimmable lighting and more. The balcony is also accessible from here. Relax, enjoy a glass of wine, unwind, breathe in the fresh air and gaze out over the countryside as far as the Thuringian Forest – what could be better? The fitted kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, electric hob with oven and a dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and bread slicer. As the kitchen is quite spacious, it comfortably seats four people for meals. A high chair is available in the kitchen for the little ones. A full range of baby and children’s equipment is also provided. The bathroom is fitted with a corner bath, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. The bath tap is fitted with a thermostatic valve. This reduces the risk of scalding from hot water, particularly for children. Of course, the bathroom also offers the option of having a quick shower. There is a grocery shop very nearby – about 1 km away. There you can buy fresh bread rolls, drinks, fruit, vegetables, groceries and other products.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man könnte sagen, es war wie zu Hause und hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal diese Ferienwohnung buchen!!!

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Eine tolle Ausstattung. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. In der Küche gibt es einen Schrank da gibt es viele leckere Sachen. Auch wenn man etwas vergessen hat. Man findet es dort.
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, top eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.
