On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area, and open fireplace, furthermore a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor you can find a double bedroom with extra bed and a bathroom with shower. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather.

Situated in the vicinity of Duga Uvala, in the village of Cokuni, this old natural stone house has been completely renovated, but has kept all the characteristics of genuine and original Istrian architecture. Built as a part of a row of houses, typical of Istrian villages, this cornerhouse offers unhindered views of the wonderful countryside. The interior also reflects the owner’s wish to maintain the traditional and rural elements of the house. Still, the house is equipped with everything which is necessary for the comfort of the modern individual.
