In the green and peace of the Cortona hills. Casale Aiola is an old stone farmhouse, part of a modern forestry and farmhouse holiday enterprise, immersed in the vegetation and peace of the Cortona hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, amidst ancient woods and enchanting valleys. The owner lives in a part of the house and with his discreet presence is available to provide any information needed.
Swimming pools, tennis court and all the other amenities. In the large garden around the house there is a table tennis, table football, children games, bowling alley, a tennis court, two swimming pools, a large one 9x16 m (depth 1.20 m, completely fenced - open from 15 May to 30th September) and another for children (4x8m - depth 0.60 m - open from 15 May to 30th September) all available for guests' use. At the pool a cozy gazebo with fridge and bathroom with shower. On one side of the house two large pergola, one of which is covered, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals. Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required). GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and Smart TV, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with access via external staircase with typical loggia, sitting room with sofas, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms one of which is walking through room, bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR (ATTIC): with access via two internal staircases, double bedroom, single bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Living room with sofa, twin bedroom, triple bedroom (3 single beds), bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: - Refrigerator with freezer (2), oven, dishwasher, barbecue, filter coffee maker, moka coffee maker, mixer - Smart TV, Wi-Fi Internet access - Washing machine (2), iron and ironing board, fans (9), hairdryer, high chair - Table tennis, bowling green, children's games, table football, basketball hoop, private tennis court INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Private pool open from 15/05 to 30/09. Bed linen and bathroom towels (Initial set). Swimming pool and garden maintenance. One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Breakage deposit Euro 400 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay). During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs. Heating Euro 8 per m3 (if used). Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day. Tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay. Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each. Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used). It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.

Wunderbar entspannender Familienurlaub mit großer (17 Pers. Familie) und Hund.
