The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services. • In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection.
Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure. • Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged.
For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners.
In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted. • Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual. • Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide an ID for registration. • At check-out it is important to leave both sets of keys on the table.
In case of forgetfulness you will be charged €50 for the cost of the duplicate and the service fee. • Heating and air conditioning temperatures are set in compliance with municipal regulations.
The on/off dates are set by the authorities. • Arrival time and bed setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation.
If no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental. • Giulia is the owner and manager of this property.

This was an amazing place! Strongly recommend. Central location to lots of fun activities. It was a bit of challenge to get to for first timers, but once we figured it out, it was no problem. We took a water taxi from the tronchetto parking area to get there and just took the ferry back. Place was perfect for our needs with AC in the common areas and plenty of sleeping options.

Location was great and apartments were clean, spacious and well equipped. Lots of stairs (which was sited in other reviews) but overall great stay.

Great time and the lodging was perfect for our group. Need to know its 2-3 flights of stairs to where you are staying with no elevator so you need to carry your luggage up by hand. We would stay here again.
