In the heart of the Napa Valley, plenty of open vineyard landscaping surrounds the Silverado Resort. Minutes away are the surrounding towns of Yountville, St. Helena, Sonoma, Calistoga. Wineries dot the area by the 100s, and top notch culinary options are vast. I include a restaurant list in my welcome binder. Outdoor activities include cycling, hiking, nearby lakes, swimming, hot air balloon rides, etc.

Nice, with good mattress. Great view of the golf course. Breville Nespresso machine didn’t work the greatest, but not the end of the world. Great location. We’d stay there again.

The room was just ok. Old fixtures and furnishings, dark and dreary. We were just there for one night, so it was serviceable, but for 1000 we expected a bit more. No ice on the property and no ice trays in the freezer. No instructions on how to use the coffee machine so we never did use it.
