This charming beach house is located right by the sea, at the edge of a wide and expansive beach.
The living room is warmly decorated and equipped with a wood stove.
For families, there is a convenient bunk bed, ideal for an extra child.
Perfect for long beach walks, refreshing swims, and beautiful sunsets.
Everything you need for a carefree stay by the sea is available.
Enjoy nature and take wonderful bike rides through the dunes and polders or explore the towns of Cadzand and Breskens. Enjoying the seaside all year round in this delightful beach house where comfort, tranquility, and atmosphere come together.
A place where you wake up in the morning with the sea nearby and relax in the evening by the crackling wood stove, a true treat even in winter.

You step directly onto the wide, expansive beach: perfect for long walks, sunbathing, flying kites, or a refreshing swim in the sea. Each season has its charm here, from summer beach days to brisk winter walks followed by hot chocolate.
The beach is known for its clean, spacious layout and good amenities, with various rental points for everything you need at the beach.
The beach pavilions invite you to enjoy a lovely lunch, dinner, or a drink with a view of the sea. The surroundings are perfect for long walks and beautiful bike rides along the coast and through the dunes.
From Nieuwvliet, you can bike straight towards the Belgian countryside, where peace, nature, and vast landscapes await you. Also, be sure to visit the charming city of Bruges, known for its historic center, canals, and cozy squares. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
