Cocoonr offers you this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat in La Turballe, on the Guérande peninsula in southern Brittany - white gold country.
It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the marina and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 27 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen facing the sea, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Shower room with Italian shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 6 m² south-west-facing balcony facing the Bretons beach, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in La Turballe, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Activities : - Beach & water sports, sailing school, kids club (in the immediate vicinity) - Boats to Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat and Hoëdic - Walking/cycling - Pointe de Pen Bron (2 km) - Salt marshes & Terre de Sel (4 km) - Fishing trips "Au gré des Vents" (opposite) - Port, Viséol wind farm (300 m) - Kerbroué mill & Trescalan bell tower (3 km) - L'Atlantic cinema (3km) Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's protected private car park (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: La Baule-Escoublac, 12 km away - Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique, 89 km away - The flat is 200 metres from bus stop 4. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
