Villa CYN is an exclusive sea-view villa located on the northern coast of Sicily, between Palermo and Messina, overlooking the stunning Aeolian Islands.
Ideal for families, groups of friends, corporate retreats, and private events, it offers generous spaces, total privacy, and services designed to enjoy the villa at every moment of the day. The villa is laid out entirely on one level and features **4 bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms**, one of which includes a **whirlpool bathtub**, as well as a **guest bathroom used as a laundry room**, complete with washing machine and dryer.
The interiors are spacious and bright and include a **large fully equipped kitchen with a central island**, suitable even for large groups.
The **dining area** opens onto a large panoramic sea-view terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows, furnished with dining tables, an **outdoor living area**, and a **bar**, making it perfect for lunches, dinners, and convivial moments outdoors.
The **swimming pool** features a **shallow beach-style area** with soft flooring and low water, ideal for children to play and for total relaxation.
Entertainment spaces include a **children’s game room** with TV, games for different ages, and table football, as well as an **adults’ lounge** with billiards, piano, and a striking **indoor water cascade**.
