This detached holiday home is located in a small village just 3 km outside the northern city limits of Vienna.
The centre of Vienna can be reached by car within 20 minutes.
The quiet location and the beautiful surroundings with fields and forests are impressive.
Hagenbrunn is a charming village with many wine taverns (Buschenschanken) which is visited by many Viennese guests.
In the immediate vicinity is the wooded Bisamberg, a very popular excursion area for the Viennese population. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
The canopy and neighbouring trees make it a very pleasant place to spend time even in the height of summer.
The property is fenced and therefore also ideal for children. The house with covered terrace stands on an enclosed plot and has a living space of 75 m².
