Villa Grimodi is an oasis of peace and tranquillity, immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Nebrodi Park and surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and vineyards.
It is located in the picturesque Contrada Grimodi, in the territory of Caronia, in the province of Messina, an elevated position that offers a spectacular view of the Aeolian Islands.
Every sunset becomes a perfect painting, an ideal moment to enjoy an aperitif in front of the sea and experience pure serenity.
The atmosphere is quiet, bright and harmonious, accompanying every moment of the stay. The interior of the villa reflects the authentic soul of Sicily, with wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and antique decorations that give each room a warm and timeless elegance.
The house revolves around an internal courtyard, the true heart of the villa, where a centuries-old olive tree provides shade and freshness during the warmest hours of the day. From the courtyard, a small spiral staircase leads to a panoramic terrace that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and rooftops. The living area is spacious and welcoming, featuring a large lounge with a fireplace and a comfortable U-shaped sofa, ideal for spending time together, reading or relaxing.
Large windows open onto the outdoor portico, where a wrought-iron and glass table allows guests to enjoy breakfast and lunch with a view of the sea and countryside.
The dining room and fully equipped kitchen complete the living area, offering everything needed for comfort and conviviality. On the opposite side of the villa lies a twelve-metre pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for cooling off or unwinding.
A nearby gazebo with a dining table allows guests to enjoy meals immersed in the sounds of nature, between the wind passing through the olive trees and the singing of birds.
The five bedrooms are all spacious and air-conditioned, ensuring excellent rest even on the hottest days.
